Our founder, Tammy Tran, started this business after watching her own kids struggle to find housing after college. Burdened by student loans and the stress of job hunting, they encountered impossible rental requirements — some landlords asked for income six times the monthly rent, others demanded long leases, even when life circumstances were still uncertain.

Tammy saw the gap firsthand:

RoomFlex was born out of this need. We offer furnished, flexible, mid-term rentals for people navigating transitions — whether you’re relocating for work, starting your post-grad journey, or simply in between chapters.
